IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PREPAID CUSTOMERS
- Dear Valued Customers,
- Our cattery officially completed the management handover in March 2026.
- Since the handover, many customers have brought their cats for boarding and stated they had already paid the previous owner in advance. However, the former owner never notified us of these payments during the transfer and now refuses to cooperate. They have not handed over any prepaid funds or booking records to us.
- We truly cherish every furry family member and have been willingly covering all expenses to honour your bookings, and we will always take careful and loving care of all cats staying with us. As the large number of unprocessed matters is beyond our capability, we hereby issue this formal notice.
- 1. For customers who paid the former owner before 19th March 2026, please provide payment receipts or chat records and sign the confirmation.
- 2. Any payments made to the previous owner on or after 19th March will not be accepted by our cattery, which are regarded as private transactions.
- Please make all future payments through our official channels.
- We promise to deliver attentive and thoughtful care to every cat, creating a warm and safe environment for your beloved pets.
